Job summary

Endeavour is seeking an experienced Application Engineer to bridge ThermalWorks products and customer projects, focusing on cooling equipment applications for data centers. You will review designs, work with customer engineers, assist estimating with technical inputs, and support project management with technical guidance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years in cooling application engineering, including chillers, CDUs, and liquid cooling for AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience in cooling equipment application or design review.
• Expertise in data center cooling systems.
• Experience with chillers, CDUs, and liquid cooling for AI or hyperscale deployments.
• Applications engineering background at a cooling equipment manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings and submittals for cooling system application accuracy—equipment selection, capacity, and hydronic configuration.
• Interface with customer and consulting design engineers to assess and validate equipment application.
• Support the estimating group with equipment selections and technical scope input for proposals.
• Provide engineering support to the project management team — technical questions, drawing conflicts, RFIs and submittal responses.
• Support customers with application and technical questions through installation and startup.
• Feed field experience back into R&D and Product Development to improve products and quality.

We are seeking an Application Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between ThermalWorks products and their projects.
