As a Product Application Engineer, you will provide technical support for various activities related to our products. One of the primary responsibilities is to support technical Go-to-Market (G2M) activities on a product level, with the ultimate goal of enabling design-in and winning new customers. In addition to G2M support, also provide 3rd level support on a product level. This means that if a Regional Application Engineer is not available, you may also be called upon to provide 2nd level support to ensure that our customers receive the assistance they need in a timely manner. As a Technical Customer Interface (TCI) on a product level, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the MS7 stage. You will be also responsible for collecting and providing customer feedback on product performance to the organization. If interested apply today!

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• 1a. Provide product-level design-in / win support to customers and the internal team. Verify application problems from a product perspective, find root causes, and propose countermeasures. Support customers with their qualification process
• 1b. Support Product Management (Global) with content for Marketing Communications Content Manager (Global)
• 1c. Define and provide a customer evaluation demo board / kit. Provide application notes, support roadshows for new products and prepare design-in materials for new product introduction
• 2a. Provide 3rd level support on product level to Field Application Engineers (Regional) and Product Application Engineers (Regional)
• 2b. Coordinate and define strategy for evaluation tools/test labs / 3rd parties
• 3a. Act as Technical Customer Interface (TCI) to R&D and customers
• 3b. Provide customer documentation and perform TCI task from MS7 onwards
• 3c. Test typical product behaviour in an application environment
• 4. Support Product Management (Global) with technical and engineering knowledge
• 5. Provide technical product training to internal/external partners
• 6. Collect customer feedback on technical product performance/benefits, and limitations, and provide it to the organization

Wage Range that the Company Expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $128,400.00 Salary per year

Maximum of $176,550.00 Salary per year
