Job description

Position Purpose:

Designs, develops and implements enterprise software solutions. Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs).

1. Develops software modules at various levels of complexity, including but not limited to: service interfaces, process flows, service messages, SOA components, business logic, UI/UX, or data access logic.
2. Develops efficient code in various development languages for enhancements and bug fixes.
3. Designs and develops software solutions and process flows complying with standards, guidelines, and best practices.
4. Executes against project plans and delivers assignments within scope, schedule, and budget.
5. Creates, executes, and evaluates unit/integration tests.
6. Adopts and adapts to newly approved technologies, programming languages, tools, and standards.
7. Identifies, assesses, and formulates architectural impacts and solutions from business requirements.
8. Collaborates to ensure application designs utilize appropriate patterns and standards.
9. Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints, including the ability to estimate work needed.
10. Assesses functional and nonfunctional requirements and creates designs to meet both business and technical needs.
11. Creates conceptual and detailed technical design documents.
12. Provides implementation expertise contributing to rollback, post install, data migration, and other artifacts as required including creation of support plans.
13. Adheres to security management practices and promotes established security standards.
14. Identifies and resolves problems, often anticipating issues before they occur or before they grow, develops and evaluates options, and implements solutions.
15. Performs other duties as assigned.
16. Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science). Requires 2 – 4 years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Pay Range: $73,800.00 - $132,700.00 per year.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
