Primary Analyst Between Online Serving Layer and Systems of Record. * Perform research to identify systems and fields needed * Write requirements documentation and user stories, mapping documents and metadata documents. Required/Desired Skills: * Banking System Knowledge (Hogan CIS, DDAetc) - ability to use documented metadata to quickly gain understanding of critical SOR data with minimal direction * Excellent verbal and written communication skills (resource will lead communicate with SOR primary contact, dev team, QA team, downstream consumers for impact analysis) * Business assessment (critical for impact analysis) * Understanding of System development life cycle (will occasionally coordinate changes with dev team, QA team, users) * Functional design * Technical troubleshooting * Mainframe -TSO, Filemanager, JCL (not required but a plus), ability to read COBOL copybooks * Power exchange (should be easy to pick up) * Toad - SQL to perform querying (involving multiple tables and subqueries) * Microsoft Excel, Word
