Your role in our mission

Apply your skills to support Gainwell as we help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.

• Design, develop, install, test, and document application software — including server, client, and web components
• Design, document, and deliver technical architecture solution elements
• Coordinate between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements are accurate and deliver ROI for clients
• Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications, and detailed application solution designs
• Create technical documentation and test plans for integration and deployment
• Collaborate with software developers to achieve key goals and objectives for Gainwell and our clients

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of software design and development experience
• Strong knowledge of software development principles, web services, and integration practices
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Experience developing with .NET, C#, and SQL Server
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

What you should expect in this role

• Fully remote opportunity

The pay range is $58,200 - $83,200 per year, with variations depending on location, experience, and other factors.
