What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain application software to support internal and external business processes.
- Meet with analysts and project leaders to understand requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate with users, analysts, and project team members to define solution requirements.
- Maintain existing code under minimal guidance from team.
- Perform unit testing on programming changes.
- Document program revisions and overall solution design.
- Create new applications based on specifications provided by analysts.
- Develop application and training documentation that is clear, succinct, accurate, and appropriately detailed.
- Assist in creating or maintaining application installation and troubleshooting guides.
- Troubleshoot day‑to‑day application issues and provide debugging support as needed.
- Test and identify best solutions, and create solution documents.
- Provide support during outages, job failures, implementations, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues with systems worked with on a consistent basis.
- Under guidance from system analysts, understand and translate system requirements/technical specifications into the development process.
- Understand specifications, and assist in developing technical specifications as needed.
- Assist in formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact‑finding to develop or modify moderately complex applications.
- Help train end users on new applications or enhancements to existing applications.
- Constructively offer feedback and ideas for improvements in applications, processes, systems, and areas of a technical nature.
What You Should Have
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Associate degree (or equivalent years of experience) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language used by the product stack (e.g., Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, C#) sufficient to write and test code‑level fixes.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience safely querying and modifying data per approved procedures.
- Hands‑on experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and Azure cloud platform.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, networking fundamentals, and infrastructure concepts.
- Understanding of in‑depth environment‑specific functionality related to the technical systems supported.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic CI/CD deployment practices.
- Experience with incident management.
Compensation & Benefits
Greenheck Group offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The starting base pay range for this position is $85,731–$105,903.

Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Close visual acuity to perform tasks such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, or viewing a computer terminal. Occasional mobility required to attend in‑person meetings and complete various office tasks.
