The primary objective of this position is to develop and maintain the business, manufacturing, and engineering application programs and systems that enable the company's business processes. The incumbent performs both systems analysis and programming in multiple IT operating environments, including systems analysis, design, documentation, programming, testing, implementation, user training, and ongoing support of all application systems within their area of responsibility.

Role & Responsibility

• Provide development and support for software applications in the assigned area of responsibility (e.g., business, manufacturing, dealer systems, and engineering).
• Language skills appropriate to those environments (e.g., SQL, Object Oriented Programming experience in .NET, Java) may be required to develop single-user, multi-user, and multi-tasking applications.
• Familiarity with Database Management Systems.
• Ability to evaluate, comprehend, and author functional and technical documentation.
• Develop application systems that are cost effective and flexible in design.
• Provide technical applications support to the Help Desk as required.
• Be knowledgeable and supportive of corporate and business unit information technology strategies.

Job Requirements

• Commit to Doosan Information and Communications America for the entire term of the co-op (8 months).
