University of California, Davis seeks an Applications Programmer 3 to design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise applications supporting FOA. You will serve as a technical and functional analyst for the ECM platform, primarily Laserfiche, and contribute to secure, scalable solutions for students, staff, and the public.
This hybrid role offers a mix of on-site and remote work, 100% time, with a salary range noted in the posting.

Under the general direction of Administrative Innovation and Technology (AdminIT) Application Manager, this position will design, develop, and maintain a variety of complex applications and enterprise-level managed applications in support of the needs of Finance, Operations, and Administration (FOA). Serve as technical and functional analyst for the organization’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform, primarily Laserfiche. The systems and applications supported by this position can also be locally developed or vendor systems that serve a wide audience, including students, staff, faculty, and the public. Deliver solutions that are robust in terms of security, functionality, usability, maintainability, and scalability. Provide analysis and decision support services, in addition to escalated technical support for business applications.

AdminIT is a hybrid work environment with 1-2 days/week in the office.

Administrative Innovation and Technology (Admin IT) provides technical support for the Finance, Operations and Administration (FOA) unit, including but not limited to Accounting & Financial Services, Facilities, Design and Construction Management, Safety Services and HR.
Administrative Innovation and Technology (Admin IT) is part of the Finance, Operations and Administration organization which is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a variety of specialized business applications within the Admin IT portfolio. The portfolio includes a number of enterprise-level applications such as the Oracle Financial System, TUC, Travel & Entertainment Expense Reporting (AggieTravel), Work Order Management (AggieFacilities), Controlled Substances Management, Campus Events Management System (CEMS), and the Campus Map. This position is primarily focused on systems support for FOA Admin IT business partners.

Work occasional overtime including evenings and weekends for system deployment and maintenance activities, and project priorities as needed.
