Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Applications Developer to lead the hands-on modernization of our ERP platform as we migrate from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

You will design and deliver solutions within Oracle Fusion Financials while enabling a scalable, cloud-first future. You’ll analyze existing EBS configurations, build integrations between Fusion, EBS, and other systems, and develop in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle APEX, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL programming skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, especially in environments transitioning to Fusion, strongly preferred.
• BI experience with Hyperion and OBIEE.
• Familiarity with cloud integrations and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a focus on delivering working, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the migration from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud, helping modernize enterprise processes.
• Analyze existing EBS configurations and integrations and support the design of scalable solutions within Fusion.
• Develop and enhance functionality within Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Apply working knowledge of Fusion SCM modules (PO, Inventory, BOM, WIP, OM).
• Build and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion, legacy EBS (during transition) and other enterprise systems.
• Develop solutions using SQL/PLSQL, Oracle APEX, JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting and Operations teams to translate business needs into effective system enhancements.
• Support BI tools including Hyperion and OBIEE.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
• Collaborate with developers and IT operations to ensure secure, reliable and scalable solutions.

Here’s What We’re Looking For
