NSD International, Inc. is hiring a Senior Application Developer to support an ongoing digital transformation focused on building a strategic data platform for Capital Markets and Securities. This contract role will be based in a hybrid arrangement in Jersey City and involves active UI development for data services on an Azure Cloud Platform.

Role Overview

This position sits within the Data Strategy team across Capital Markets and securities groups, supporting the Americas Division’s broker-dealer and swap-dealer entities. The work emphasizes the active development of a data services UI, starting with a reference data system for securities and pricing data, with a roadmap to additional data domains over time.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Data Strategy team across Capital Markets, securities teams, and Americas Division broker-dealer and swap-dealer entities.
• Participate in the active development of the data services UI, beginning with establishing a reference data system for securities and pricing data, then expanding to other data domains.
• Follow internal development standards to support the overall Data Strategy team agenda.
• Create user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Design front-end layouts, enhance UX, and implement visual and interactive elements.
• Develop application features, fix bugs, and collaborate with other developers and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Specialist UI/UX Developer profile with preferably 10+ years of experience working with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks.
• Integration experience with RESTful services and API endpoints.
• Good knowledge of JSON, XML, and SQL, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
