A leading engineering and sciences services company is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 to Tier 3 support across various platforms. The role involves monitoring performance, collaborating with teams for resolutions, and assisting new customers. This is a fully remote position offering competitive pay and extensive benefits including medical and 401(k) plans.
Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technical support for all platforms, including incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
