General description of position, purpose

We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented ExFlow D365 F/O Application Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our consulting services group, you will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with clients to configure, optimize, and drive adoption of our software solutions to meet their business needs. This role plays a vital part in the successful implementation and long-term success of client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
• Configure, implement, and support software applications in alignment with customer needs and project goals.
• Provide subject matter expertise and consultative guidance during all phases of the software lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Create detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs) that outline business requirements, system configurations, and customization specifications to guide development and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to identify, diagnose, and resolve application issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, project manager and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct client training sessions and provide support to promote successful system adoption.
• Stay informed on software enhancements, industry trends, and best practices to deliver added value to clients.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Pursuing or holding relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• 1+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or business analysis roles.
• 1+ years of experience or strong project exposure with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), particularly within the Finance modules.
• Hands-on involvement in all phases of the software development or implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live support.
• Understanding of core business processes with a focus on Finance and Procurement.
• Ability to map client requirements to system capabilities and recommend best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven success working directly with clients, including executive stakeholders.
• High degree of professionalism and client-facing presence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
