The Application Architect III will lead the design and implementation of innovative and scalable application architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Lead Application Architect will mentor and guide the technical team, drive architectural decisions, and contribute to the overall success of our technology initiatives.Strategic Architecture Planning: Spearhead the development of strategic plans for innovative and scalable application architectures. Collaborate with leadership to align technology strategies with organizational goals.Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Provide strong technical leadership to the application architecture team, guiding them in best practices. Mentor and develop technical talent within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of complex and scalable application architectures.
