OU Medicine is seeking an Enterprise Architect III to lead the vision and execution of our technology strategy, aligning IT with business goals across the enterprise. You will mentor engineers, architects, and analysts while establishing architecture standards and governance.

You will drive cloud adoption, integration patterns, and secure, scalable solutions in a healthcare setting, ensuring agility and cost efficiency across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field required.
• 5 years of experience engineering enterprise IT platforms.
• Knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, event-driven IT, and predictive analytics.
• Experience leading technology strategies in a complex organization with healthcare focus is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and governance skills.

They will have a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire technology professionals, including System engineers, business analysts, and architects, while also establishing connections, credibility, and influence with business leaders across the enterprise. The Enterprise Architect will ensure the company is staying current with Healthcare Technology trends, as well as overall technological trends, and will collaborate and lead discussions with technology teams and business leaders to gather diverse insights that inform cost-effective technology designs and execution strategies. This role will provide leadership which fosters agility, innovation, and efficiency in our implementations.**Essential Responsibilities:***Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position.
