Coke Florida is seeking an Application Analyst in Supply Chain and Logistics to join our Tampa HQ. You will support system enhancements, collaborate with technology teams, and help optimize planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and distribution processes.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in Supply Chain technology, and experience with SAP/ERP, WMS, or other SCM applications.

• Experience with SAP/ERP Systems, WMS, or other Supply Chain applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience with business system design and configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Implement system technology enhancements, change requests and process improvements for the Supply Chain.
• Assist with identifying technologies that will improve and enhance the business goals that are aligned with the architecture and standards of the company.
• Identify business value when developing ideas with a focus on digital awareness, risk assessment, business continuity and business capability requirements.
• Develop or facilitate the gathering of configuration specifications and functional design documents.
• Maintain creativity and innovation by staying on top of industry and technological trends.
• Provide support for Supply Chain teams (e.g., break/fix, how-to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to business partners to maintain productivity.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of system defects through the engagement of SMEs to identify and correct the issues while providing guidance and coaching to business partners.
• Develop best practices to standardize business processes and procedures based on the Coke Florida roadmap.
• Facilitates system training with business leads to improve performance and efficiency.

What you’ll do:

TheSupply Chainand Logistics ApplicationAnalystreports to theDirector, Supply Chain and Logistics Technologyandwillbe responsibleforassistinginidentifyingand solving critical business problems that lie withina specificSupply Chaintechnology space. Thisincludes, but is not limited to:

• Fostering relationships between the Coke Florida Technology Team, CONA, 3rd party service providers and various business partners across one or more of the following Supply Chain areas:Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics and Distribution

• Supportingkeystakeholderstotest processes and trainusers on updates withinvariousSupply Chainsystems

• Collaboratingwith key business stakeholders to help deliver desired business outcomes
