Job description

The Application Analyst Senior provides expert-level technical support for complex clinical and/or business applications to enhance performance and meet organizational needs. Working independently, this role analyzes user requirements, implements, optimizes, supports, and troubleshoots applications. The senior also mentors lower-level team members on complex issues.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure applications meet clinical and business needs during development and implementation.
  2. Conducting expert analysis of workflows, data collection, and technical issues related to system design; translating business/clinical needs into system configurations.
  3. Planning and executing testing procedures, documenting results, and managing change control processes.
  4. Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and monitoring system data quality and integrity, escalating issues as needed.
  5. Staying updated on new technical solutions and assisting with third-party system implementations.
  6. Ensuring seamless integration of applications across the organization.
  7. Leading or assisting in project management tasks.
  8. Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years.
  • Licensure/Certification: Platform-centric certification if applicable.
