The UHS Information Services department is currently accepting applications for our Internship Program. We will be starting the interview process in January 2027, targeting a start date around the first week in June 2027.

Position Summary

The Corporate Information Services team at UHS is looking for motivated professionals to join our cutting edge team and implement technology solutions to improve healthcare quality and safety, improve patient care, and engage patients and their families in their healthcare.

As an Application Analyst - BMDI Intern you will have the opportunity to work on real-time and meaningful projects, develop your technical skills, collaborate and network with various teams, and receive mentorship.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related degree from accredited college or university. Student must be rising into senior year (at minimum, must have 1stsemester of junior year completed).g a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Informatics, Nursing, or a related degree from accredited college or university.
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Desire to learn and share ideas in a collaborative work environment
