Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Epic Lumens Analyst (Remote | Contract | U.S. Based)

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be based in one of the following eligible U.S. states: AZ, CA, CO, ID, IL, LA, MT, NV, OR, TX, or UT!

Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an Epic Lumens Analyst (Application Analyst III) to support a high-impact implementation project focused on surgical, radiology, and endoscopy workflows. This is a fully remote role for a hands-on Epic-certified professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong Lumens build and implementation experience to the table.

The ideal candidate has experience collaborating with clinical and technical teams, configuring Epic tools for procedural areas, and optimizing workflows to improve documentation and provider efficiency.

Experience of the Right Candidate:

  • Epic Lumens certification (required)
  • Proven experience with Epic Lumens implementation (preferably full-cycle)
  • Familiarity with OpTime, Anesthesia, or Radiant modules is highly desirable
  • Strong background in Epic build/configuration, structured reporting, and SmartTools
  • Comfortable working with clinicians, application teams, and IT leadership
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:

  • Lead and support the build and configuration of the Epic Lumens module
  • Analyze and optimize existing workflows related to endoscopy and procedural documentation
  • Train and support clinical users, addressing issues and sharing best practices
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across clinical and technical teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues impacting Lumens functionality
  • Assist with project planning and documentation as needed across the implementation lifecycle
