Job Title: Application Analyst – EPIC Patient Access Team

Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday with call hours – approximately every 8 weeks, Tuesday to Tuesday. All day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage front-end patient registration, scheduling, and check-in processes.
• Support core EPIC modules: Cadence, Grand Central, and Prelude.
• Provide application, workflow, and process expertise through knowledge sharing, guidance, and training.
• Support, analyze, configure, develop, test, and implement solutions across multiple applications and user groups.
• Serve as an application expert and primary contact for at least one defined application or module.
• Perform complex, cross-functional work, adhering to change control, testing methodologies, and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Epic certification in Grand Central, Prelude, or Cadence preferred; cross-training in other skills is a plus. Must maintain certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Skills in conflict management, business insight, resilience, and resourcefulness.
