Job Title: Application Analyst – EPIC Patient Access Team

Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Full- Time Monday-Friday with call hours – 1 week Tuesday to Tuesday – every 8 weeks approximately.All day operations.

What you will do:

The Application Analyst for the EPIC Patient Access team is responsible for all the front end work for patients such as registration, scheduling and check in.You will support the core EPIC modules: Cadence, Grand Central and Prelude.

Provides application, workflow and process expertise through knowledge sharing, guidance and training. Provides support, analysis, configuration, development, testing and implementation services for multiple applications with varying users, technologies and complexities. Identified as an application expert and primary contact in at least one defined application (and/or application specific modules).Performs work that is complex and cross functional in nature.Analyzes, develops, tests and implements solutions while adhering to change control and testing methodologies and all other related CHW documentation standards. Provides application, workflow and process expertise through knowledge sharing, guidance and training.

What you will need:

• Epic certification in Grand Central, Prelude or Cadence preferred and cross trained in another team skill set.Must continue to maintain certification.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent demonstrated knowledge.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Full knowledge of industry practices and standards.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and applications.

• Demonstrates skill with the following competencies:manage conflict, business insight, being resilient and resourcefulness.
