  • Performs installations, upgrades, hotfix deployments, and functional and performance testing.
  • Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support by investigating incidents, resolving issues, and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Develops and maintains application documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge base materials.

  • Configures, deploys, maintains, monitors, and patches on-premises and cloud-based applications.

  • Configures and supports application interfaces and data integrations with other enterprise systems.

Education Qualifications

Certifications And Licenses

Associate-level application certification(s) in application administration for solutions in the corresponding technology domain (ConTech, FinTech, HRTech, etc.) preferred.

Anticipated Starting Pay Range

$90,000.00 - $125,000.00
