A leading IT services company seeks an Application Administrator to join their team. Job Title: Application Administrator ( Remote)

What You’ll Do: Administration of the Enterprise Applications and services.

Required Job Skills:
· Effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel and vendors.

· Independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

· Jira Service Management Administration experience is required. Ticket Types, Workflows, customization and automations.
· Expertise supporting and administering multiple different enterprise software applications is required: ERP, CRM, CSM, ITSM, Expense/Travel, HRIS, etc.
· Strong knowledge of major operating systems: Windows, OSX, Linux, etc.
· Strong understanding of PowerShell scripting and the use of APIs and PowerShell modules.
· Strong troubleshooting skills.
· Understanding of CICD and Git version control system.
· Understanding of authentication and authorization systems, SAML, MSGraph.
· Experience with databases, SQL, MySQL, Oracle)
· General understanding of computers, software, networks, and internet is expected.
· Security+ is preferred.
