Job summary

K&A Appliance Inc in Lancaster County is hiring full-time warehouse associates to safely unload/load appliances into/out of 53' trailers and prepare them for delivery to customers. You will operate a hand dolly and pallet jack, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Successful candidates must have a valid PA driver's license, be able to work 40–50 hours per week, and pass a reliability-focused attendance record.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, reach and stack appliances for up to 10 hours at a time.
• Stand for long periods and walk continuously.
• Lift up to 50 lbs solo; heavier with assistance; maneuver heavy appliances with a 2-wheel dolly.
• Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load household appliances into/out of 53' trailers using a hand dolly.
• Load appliances into various vehicles for retail customers and ensure no damage.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse; handle freight properly.
