Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and select appropriate tools and materials.
• Choose materials based on budget and use case.
• Follow health, safety standards and codes.
• Submit reports detailing issues and actions to CSR.
• Inspect systems and appliances for proper operation.

Appliance Technician

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities And Duties

• Installs appliances, such as dishwashers and ovens, gas or electric
• Installs garage door motor and systems
• Repairs appliances, such as washers and refrigerators
• Uses torches and tools as necessary
• Collaborates with customers in service, installing and repairing appliances and systems
• Tests appliances and systems for leaks and other problems
• Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair
• Chooses materials based on budget, location, and intended uses
• Follows health and safety standards and complies with codes
• Sends reports documenting the problem and summary of actions taken to CSR's
• Performs inspections of systems and appliances
• Communicates productively with customers and co-workers
