Job summary

Earl's Plumbing, Heating and Air is seeking an Appliance Technician for mainly residential service. Paid training, advancement potential, and a truck to take home are provided.

A valid driver's license with 5 years of clean driving is required, along with the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, with a focus on quality, integrity, and respectful teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 5 years of clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Residential service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Installs appliances, such as dishwashers and ovens, gas or electric.
• Installs garage door motor and systems.
• Repairs appliances, such as washers and refrigerators.
• Uses torches and tools as necessary.
• Collaborates with customers in service, installing and repairing appliances and systems.
• Tests appliances and systems for leaks and other problems.
• Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair.
• Chooses materials based on budget, location, and intended uses.
• Follows health and safety standards and complies with codes.
• Sends reports documenting the problem and summary of actions taken to CSR's.
• Performs inspections of systems and appliances.
• Communicates productively with customers and co-workers.

Appliance Technician

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
