Matt's New & Used Appliances is seeking an experienced Appliance Technician who leads by example and values character as highly as technical skill. You will diagnose and repair major home appliances while delivering professional service to customers in a fast-paced shop and field setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing major household appliances.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, and other major household appliances.
• Accurately identify issues using electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and respect.
• Document repairs thoroughly and accurately.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles.
• Support and encourage fellow technicians by sharing knowledge and leading by example.
• Uphold company standards of quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
