Future Opening: Appliance Repair Technician

Compensation: 40-70k a year
Employment type: full-time

$1500.00 Sign On Bonus Appliance Repair Technician (Phoenix) (1 year minimum with Mr. Appliance)

Compensation: Based on experience typically $40,000-$70,000 a year

Mr. Appliance is locally owned and locally operated. We are looking for an Experienced In-Home appliance technician. We offer competitive pay along with a company vehicle that you get to take home. We employ service technicians who come to us from the industry's best and brightest and also people just starting out with a desire to be the best.

Qualifications

• To provide the proper customer focus, the In-Home Service Technician must:
• Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time commitments
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service
• Continuously look for methods to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience
• Provide direction to a Technical Helper, as applicable
• Ability to receive truck stock at home if the company vehicle is retained at the technician's place of residence or other designated location
• Mentor other technicians, as applicable
• Maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards
• Follow the truck maintenance schedule and keep a clean, organized truck

Pay is based on experience/ Hourly or Commission. Although we would consider training someone with electrical/mechanical experience, the $1500 onetime bonus is for an experienced full line technician only with sealed system experience. Come join our team!
