Job summary

Impact Staffing and Consulting is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician in Indianapolis. This position offers a pay range of $20 to $60 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing appliances, providing cost estimates, and managing customer communications. Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role.
• Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• EPA certification and Sealed System experience is a big plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 18 years old.

This range is provided by Impact Staffing and Consulting. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Benefits & Pay

The minimum pay for this position is $20 per hour with potential to make well over $60 per hour, depending on

experience and performance in appliance repairs. You will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
