Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience Requirements

Job responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair appliances at customer homes efficiently and with high quality, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer experience, exceeding expectations.
• Provide value-added solutions for a cleaner, more comfortable, and protected home.
• Maintain and organize company truck and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing appliances preferred.
• Follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Proficient with smartphone use, including parts ordering.
• Successfully pass background & drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license for applicable states.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Flexible hours, including overtime.
• Ability to read and apply technical instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs constantly, 50 lbs frequently, and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to reach, handle, stand, walk, sit, and type regularly.
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl often.
• Ability to reach above shoulder occasionally.
• Must drive an automatic transmission vehicle.

Experience: 1-2 years preferred.

Travel: 75% or more (Road Warrior).
