Job summary

Lula is seeking a 1099 Appliance Repair Pro to support property maintenance for thousands of rental properties in the Washington DC area. You will repair appliances, ensure timely maintenance, and provide excellent service while working within Lula's network.

This role emphasizes independence, owning your tools, and maintaining your General Liability Insurance. Onboarding with Lula is required to join a fast-moving network of service providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in the rental property industry preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to provide your own tools and materials.
• Must have General Liability Insurance.
• No felonies within the past 7 years.
• Be friendly, respectful and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance repairs for rental properties across Washington DC area.
• Coordinate and complete maintenance tasks through Lula network.
• Set and manage your own hourly rates and accept only jobs you want.
• Work with Lula Pros to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
