Lula is seeking a 1099 Appliance Repair Pro to support property maintenance across the Clarksville area. You will perform appliance repairs in rental properties and coordinate with Lula’s network of managers to keep units functional.

This contractor role lets you set your own hourly rate, receive timely payments for labor and parts, and access 24/7 support. Ideal candidates are reliable, pass onboarding, and carry General Liability Insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have General Liability Insurance.
• No felonies within the past 7 years.
• Be friendly, respectful, and punctual.
• Must provide your own tools and materials.
• Must complete vendor onboarding and be approved.

Responsibilities

• Provide appliance repair services for rental properties in the Clarksville area.
• Coordinate with Lula to schedule maintenance and report status.
