Job summary

Lula is seeking a 1099 Appliance Repair Pro to help with property maintenance for thousands of rental properties across the Temple area. You will diagnose and repair appliances, coordinate with Lula's network, and deliver reliable service.

Applicants must have own tools and General Liability Insurance, be 18 or older, friendly, punctual, and able to complete vendor onboarding and be approved for assignments in Lula's network. This role is on a flexible 1099 basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance repairs and maintenance at rental properties across the Temple area.
• Diagnose issues and provide reliable service to Lula clients.
• Coordinate with Lula network to accept and complete jobs in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional communication with property managers and tenants.
