Job summary

Lula is seeking a 1099 Appliance Repair Pro to assist with property maintenance for rental properties across the Denver area. You will manage appliance repairs and basic upkeep, working as an independent contractor and selecting only the jobs you want.

Applicants should have experience in rental property maintenance, own their tools, and be able to provide General Liability Insurance. You must be 18+, pass onboarding, and be reliable and punctual.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have General Liability Insurance.
• No felonies within the past 7 years.
• Be friendly, respectful and punctual.
• Must provide your own tools and materials.
• Must complete vendor onboarding and be approved.
