In this role, you will be responsible for the safe delivery, precise installation, and professional customer orientation of high-end luxury appliances. Our installers provide a white-glove experience to discerning residential clients, working closely with builders, designers, and contractors to ensure an impeccable installation process. Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate 26' delivery box trucks
• Deliver and install built-in luxury appliances according to manufacturer specifications and manuals
• Provide professional communication and training to customers on appliance functionality and care
• Ensure damage-free installations and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction
• Complete all required paper and electronic documentation accurately and timely
• Load and unload tools, appliances, and materials on a daily basis
• Maintain and manage inventory of tools and equipment
• Work collaboratively with internal team members, builders, designers, contractors, and clients
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of appliance installation experience
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
• Comfortable working with digital media and entering customer information on a computer/tablet
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds unassisted and safely maneuver large appliances
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record
  
  

Skills

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, builders, designers, dealers, and internal staff
• Experience with installing built-in appliances (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
