Technician/Installer/Driver

Job Description

Summary: Installs equipment in designated locations in a safe and courteous manner and in accordance with established standards and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install new and used Arcade/Vending/VR equipment in various locations.
• Install payment systems on Arcade/Vending/VR equipment, both in the shop and on location.
• Refurbish used video game equipment to company standards.
• Troubleshoot computers to the modular level.
• Use diagnostic tools (multi-meter) to determine repair plans.
• Handle all aspects of installations.
• Maintain tools and equipment for optimal operation.
• Test functionality and performance after installations.
• Deliver and set up amusement and vending machines.
• Ensure cleanliness of warehouse and truck areas.
• Ensure truck compliance with DOT regulations before leaving the garage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined, familiar with hand tools.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Willing to obtain forklift/boom/lull certification.
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 10' high.
• Able to work in tight or confined spaces.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Adhere to safety regulations and standards.
• Up to 50% travel required.
• Overtime may be required, including weekends.
• Experience in amusement/vending industry is a plus.
• Computer and paperwork skills are a plus.
• Physically capable of handling equipment (load, unload, push, pull, lift, carry).
• Operate large trucks (26’ box trucks) per laws.
• Pass physical exam meeting DOT requirements.
• Lift/carry 80+ lbs., move fragile items with equipment.
• Handle crate equipment and shipments safely.
• Operate forklift, pump jack, and dollies.
• Maintain orderly warehouse and truck loading/unloading.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Punctual and able to work overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of maps or GPS.
• Experience with DOT rules and regulations.
