This full-time position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various appliances and electronics while providing exceptional customer service. You'll work independently and as part of a team, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers at the start of the work day.
• Run all scheduled service calls.
• Diagnose Appliances & Electronics accurately.
• Order parts and update work order comments on-site.
• Install parts and test the operation post-installation.
• Document calls to tech line after failed repairs.
• Finalize billing notes from customer's home.
• Complete additional assigned tasks in a timely manner.
