Appliance & Electronics Technician

As an Appliance & Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer units. Your duties will include:

• Contactting customers at the start of each workday.
• Handling scheduled calls for the day.
• Diagnosing appliances and electronics accurately.
• Ordering parts and documenting work in the system from the customer's home.
• Installing parts and testing units post-installation.
• Calling the tech line and recording calls after failed repairs.
• Finalizing billing notes from customers' homes.
• Completing additional tasks as assigned within the expected time frame.
