Job summary

Temco Logistics is seeking a dependable Driver and Appliance Installer in Huntsville, AL to operate a 26 ft box truck and deliver/install appliances for residential and commercial customers.

You’ll load, deliver, and install appliances while maintaining safety, providing excellent customer service, and performing pre- and post-trip inspections. A valid CDL or Chauffers license and ability to lift 100+ lbs are required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Chauffers' license or CDL.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload 100+ lbs with proper equipment.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.
