Job summary

Ferguson is hiring an Appliance Delivery and Installation Associate to deliver, install, and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings. We are a family-friendly company offering a great work/life balance, full training, competitive benefits, and multiple career paths.

The role includes basic installations (training provided), helping resolve customer issues, maintaining parts storage and trucks, and coordinating with the Area Installation Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations required.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Must be able to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with lifting equipment.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read product specifications and plans is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation with training provided.
• Help resolve claims and customer issues.
• Maintain parts storage areas and organize replenishment orders.
• Keep company trucks clean and organized.
• Coordinate with Area Installation Manager and communicate long-term needs.
• Conduct pre/post-install inspections and engage with builders.
• Support driver duties as needed.
• Collaborate on program improvements with the Area Installation Manager.
• Use third-party software to enter data, pull reports, and build project sheets.
