Job summary

Temco Logistics in Milton, VT is hiring delivery and appliance installation specialists. You will operate a 26 ft box truck on local routes, load, deliver and install appliances, and ensure safe, accurate deliveries using mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Able to lift 100+ lbs. with proper equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles preferred.
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical is a plus.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Valid Driver's License with current for-hire endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain records.
• Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols.
