Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a delivery and installation associate to handle kitchen and laundry appliances using a company vehicle. You will maintain records and provide customer service regarding orders and delivery issues.

The role requires operating a company or rental vehicle, and periodic MVR checks to ensure an acceptable status, with a valid driver’s license as a must. The position involves loading, transporting, and installing appliances per manufacturer guidelines and building codes, including

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience delivering and installing appliances is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install kitchen and laundry appliances using company vehicle.
• Maintain records of deliveries and resolve order/delivery issues.
• Ensure proper connections during installation (water/electrical/venting) and dispose of packaging materials.
• Troubleshoot basic installation issues and escalate when needed.
• Follow routes and traffic laws to ensure timely deliveries and maintain vehicle safety.
