Job summary

Best Buy in Tulsa is seeking an Appliance Delivery Helper (Deliver Experience Cadet) to assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of appliances and electronics. You will support order fulfillment, provide guidance on product placement, and help with inventory and vehicle maintenance.

This role requires physical endurance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds with a team, along with a strong focus on safety and customer

Responsibilities

• Attend appointments solo or lead a two-person crew for installations and repairs of home theater equipment and appliances.
• Determine the best way to install major appliances inside homes, including measurements and protecting areas in route.
• Remove and re-install doors and panels as necessary.
• Provide advice on product placement and services to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with the team.
• Process paperwork and payments and communicate feedback to store teams.
