Job summary

Temco Logistics is seeking motivated individuals for local appliance delivery and installation roles in San Jose, CA. You will operate a 26 ft box truck on multi-stop routes, loading, delivering, and installing various home appliances while ensuring safety and accuracy of records.

The ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, strong customer service skills, the ability to lift 100+ lbs, and comfort with GPS apps. Training is provided, and company benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required and clean record.
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs with proper equipment.
• Customer-focused with good communication.
• Familiar with GPS navigation and phones.
• Experience with box trucks is preferred.
• Basic appliance installation familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck on local multi-stop routes.
• Load, deliver, and install appliances (washers, dryers, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment with dollies and lifting straps.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and log records.
• Provide strong customer service to homeowners and builders.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and follow safety rules.
