Job summary

RC Willey in Sacramento, CA is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to assist customers in the Appliance and Electronics department. You will greet customers, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations to meet or exceed their expectations.

You’ll also follow up with customers through callbacks, client cards, and thank-you notes to ensure satisfaction. Compensation during the first 90 days includes a training wage of $25 per hour or minimum wage plus incentives.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Previous sales experience helpful, but a great attitude is essential.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goals.
• Dependable, presentable and personable with the public.

Appliance and Electronics SalesRC Willey is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Associate to assist customers in the Appliance and Electronics department. In this role, you’ll greet customers, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations to meet or exceed their expectations. You’ll also follow up with customers through callbacks, client cards, and thank-you notes to ensure satisfaction. We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing exceptional service and upholding RC Willey’s high standards of customer care and professionalism.

Compensation during the first 90 days will be a training wage of $25 per hour or minimum wage plus incentives, whichever is greater. After training is complete, our sales associates have the potential to earn lucrative incentives based on sales performance. On average, sales associates earn $80,000 annually, with higher income potential based on individual results.
