AppleCare Pricing Team is seeking a Pricing Analyst responsible for global out-of-warranty and program pricing implementation across various product lines and service parts. The role involves coordinating pricing processes, researching pricing issues and escalations, and working on system enhancement projects to support business growth. Key responsibilities include ensuring pricing accuracy through extensive interaction with AppleCare’s pricing tools, SAP, and Apple’s repair and order management systems.

The analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product Marketing, Business Development, Channel Services, Engineering, and Material Planning to support pricing strategies for AppleCare's product launches. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience in database systems, proficiency in SAP and Excel, knowledge of process automation (including scripting), and a keen eye for detail. Continuous process improvement and proactive problem-solving are valued traits. The role demands efficiency in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and a high volume of pricing elements, making attention to detail critical.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing or improving processes
• Strong attention to detail with an understanding of the big picture
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, think globally, and collaborate across functions
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity
• Ability to navigate a large organization
• Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, SQL, Dataiku is preferred

Additional Information

The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
