Job summary

Moog is seeking a Mobility Engineer to design and manage enterprise mobility and endpoint solutions for Apple devices across the organization. The role focuses on scalable, secure deployment using Microsoft Intune and Tangoe, with hybrid work based in East Aurora or Buffalo facilities.

You will develop enrollment, provisioning, and policy configurations, automate tasks, and collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance while improving user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing Apple devices in an enterprise environment.
• Five years of experience administering Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing iOS, iPadOS, and macOS at scale.
• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager and automated device enrollment.
• Experience with MDM, compliance policies, and endpoint security controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to create technical documentation and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise mobility management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
• Manage and support the full lifecycle of iOS, iPadOS, and macOS devices.
• Develop and maintain device enrollment, provisioning, configuration, compliance, and security policies.
• Implement and manage application deployment strategies for Apple devices.
• Evaluate, test, and deploy new endpoint management capabilities and platform enhancements.
• Build automation and self-service solutions that improve operational efficiency and end-user experience.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with corporate security standards and regulatory requirements.
• User Experience & Service Improvement Champion a user-first approach to mobility services and endpoint management.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve device onboarding, application access, and overall user satisfaction.
• Reduce friction in technology experiences through simplification, automation, and proactive support strategies.
• Analyze user feedback and support trends to drive service enhancements and platform improvements.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
• Develop end-user guides, training materials, and self-service knowledge articles.
