Job summary

The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking an Appian Security Developer to build and secure an Appian-based process automation solution. This remote role requires working East Coast hours and a U.S. Citizens with an active Secret Clearance.

Key duties include custom Appian development, security enhancements, API integrations, and collaboration with security and development teams to meet cybersecurity requirements while supporting testing and deployments.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Appian development and process automation.
Experience applying cybersecurity principles within software development environments.
Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
Experience developing and maintaining API integrations, including REST services.
Experience performing unit testing and supporting QA activities.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom Appian applications.
Implement security-focused enhancements and remediation in Appian apps.
Collaborate with security and development teams to address cybersecurity requirements.
Analyze and resolve security findings, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.
Develop integrations using REST APIs and web services.
Configure Appian models, interfaces, records, reports, and rules.
