Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Appian Software Developer to support a Fleet Appian solution. This remote role requires active Secret clearance and strong Appian engineering capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum setting.

You will design custom functionality on the Appian platform, apply advanced process automation, and participate in daily stand-ups using Microsoft Teams and other channels.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Expert-level Agile Scrum Development experience.
• Expert-level Software Engineering experience.
• Advanced Appian Process Automation experience.
• Strong experience with Appian custom development.
• Ability to collaborate with functional and development teams.
• Ability to participate in daily stand-ups and maintain regular team communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote development environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the custom development of a Fleet Appian solution.
• Design and develop custom functionality using the Appian platform.
• Apply advanced Appian process automation capabilities to development activities.
• Work collaboratively with functional team members throughout development.
• Participate in daily team stand-ups.
• Maintain regular communication with team members through Microsoft Teams and other communication methods.
• Support development activities within an Agile Scrum environment.
