Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Appian System Administrator to sustain and enhance the Army Contract Writing System (ACWS) built on the Appian Platform. You will manage environments, deployments, access controls, and security to ensure reliable operations across ACWS.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of system administration experience, strong knowledge of enterprise app architecture, and the ability to obtain/maintain an Active Secret clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of system administration or enterprise application operations experience.
• Experience deploying/configuring enterprise apps, access controls, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with platform monitoring, logs, and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with identity/access technologies (LDAP/AD/SSO/SAML/certificates).
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Appian Platform environments across development, testing, staging, and production.
• Perform Appian deployments, configuration changes, and environment promotions.
• Manage Appian users, groups, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor platform health, performance, logs, and connectivity; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with security, DevSecOps, and DBA teams on updates and incident resolution.
