Job summary

Deloitte GPS practice seeks a Software Engineer II to deliver Appian-based business process solutions for government clients in the United States. You will design, build, test, and deploy Appian applications that support mission objectives and integrate with enterprise data sources in secure environments.

You will collaborate in Agile teams, translate stakeholder requirements into scalable workflows, and follow development standards to ensure maintainability and quality while traveling up to 25%

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years of experience developing Appian applications and translating requirements.
• 3+ years of experience integrating Appian with data sources and APIs.
• 3+ years documenting technical solutions for sustainment and audit readiness.
• Ability to travel 0-25% on average.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Appian applications that support client mission and operational requirements.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable Appian workflows, interfaces, and process models.
• Integrate Appian with enterprise data sources, APIs, and third-party services in secure environments.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and release support.
• Apply Appian development standards and reusable components to ensure maintainability and quality.
